Our thorough evaluation examines every critical system and structural component of your property. With our first responder expertise, we identify potential safety hazards and costly issues before they become major problems, giving you complete confidence in your investment.

4-Point Inspections

This essential inspection focuses on the four critical systems insurers require: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing. Our veteran-owned precision ensures you meet all insurance requirements while protecting your property value with detailed, professional documentation.

Wind Mitigation

Our detailed assessment identifies wind-resistant features in your home's construction that can significantly reduce insurance premiums. We document every qualifying element with the thoroughness and accuracy that reflects our commitment to serving your financial interests.

Mold Inspection

Our non-invasive visual mold inspection identifies signs of past or active moisture intrusion, visible fungal growth, and distinct musty odors. We meticulously check high-risk areas including attics, bathrooms, kitchens, around window seals, and the HVAC system. When needed and requested, we can take surface and air samples for suspected mold, send them to a certified laboratory for analysis, and then include the lab results and our observations in the final inspection report.

Protect what matters most

First Due Home Inspections was founded on a simple principle: protect what matters most. As a first responder and veteran-owned company, we bring a disciplined, mission-focused mindset to every inspection. Just as we answered the call to serve our country and our communities, we now answer the call to help families make confident, informed decisions about their homes.

The name “First Due” reflects our roots. In emergency services, being first due means you are first on scene—prepared, trained, and ready to take action. That same readiness defines our approach to home inspections. We show up on time, equipped with the right tools, and committed to a thorough, no-nonsense evaluation of your property.

Your trusted inspectors, Hector Gonzalez and Andy Garcia.
